Want to cook something different. I live somewhere it is tought to get 'out of the ordinary' spices/things - so keep it simple. . .

You'll need: yogurt (actual, pro biotic type), feta cheese, eggs, butter, garlic, paprika.

1. take a soup bowl, fill half of it with yogurt. Put about 50g of feta cheese in the yogurt.
2. poach 2 eggs, put them on top, salt the dish a bit.
3. melt some butter, put plenty of paprika in butter, put the stuff on top.
4. Enjoy with some bread.

1. Next time you cook a turkey, use champaign instead of water.

2. Melt shredded cheese on top of ranch Doritos. I dont normally like ranch chips of any kind, but with melted cheese they are awesome.

3. When I was stationed in Iceland we had a neat little coffee bar on base. I dont like coffee, but they sold something they called the Lava Bar. I have never seen its equal.

It starts with a thin layer of crushed graham cracker, then a thick layer of fudge brownie. On top was a good assortment of butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, and vanilla chips (not melted). It also has some coconut sprinkled in. You can lose that if you dont like it.
On the very top was a sugar glaze coating that held it all together. I dont know how they did it. The bottom layer did not crumble or break apart. I assume they used butter or lard in the crushed graham cracker part.
It was good all over but I never got their recipe. It wasn't mass produced & sold by the case. A lady made them at her house and sold the things to the coffee shop a dozen at a time.

But if you figure out how to make them you will be a great chef.

This is a very crummy pic I sent my mom when I wanted her to make some for me. She never got it right. The graham cracker part was just as sweet & chewy as the brownie part.
Come to think of it, it may not have been graham at all but regular old cookie mix.

take chicken breasts, slice into strips... take strips and smother then with mayo. take strips w/ mayo and cover them with italian bread crumbs... place in 400F oven for 20 minutes...

enjoy.

I made stuffed chicken breasts for dinner tonight. Take ricotta cheese and feta cheese and blend. Add chopped fresh spinach and salt and pepper to taste. Place a teaspoon at one end of the chicken breast and roll. Place in pan with olive oil and cook until chicken is done. It's SO good.

buy raw slab of baby back ribs.

salt + pepper, a little bit of of bbq sauce. wrap in foil

bake at 250 for 2 hours.

take out, open foil, slather liberally with bbq sauce, bake with foil open for additional 10-20 minutes at 350 to glaze.

eat and thank me 🙂

Known as a Mystery bar or cookie bar around here. You can buy the mix at walmart (My roommate made them last night)

bake pork chops, baby carrots, and cubed potatoes in tomato soup and some milk.
Season with salt, pepper, parsley and onion powder.

Or

instead of using cubed potatoes... serve over mashed potatoes.
