In the first link - only the mouse over popup isn't blocked.

search for you fav. pr0n star and look for the sites that look obviously spammish....and click on a number of them...

I only "failed" the mouseover one with Opera, but I told it to display "requested" popups, so I suppose that's proper functionality.

http://www.opera.com/ - student price is 20 bucks. "A scanned image of your student ID or a letter from your school will suffice."

I just tried it with today's build, and the mouseover one is now blocked. 🙂
