The sad thing is he was a top notch federal district attorney-did hard, excellent quality work and may be the number 1 reason for the collapse of Mafia in NYC. As mayor he also did a good job and was what NYC needed at the time. But as he aged, and especially post 9/11 (remember that for a decade or more he couldn't utter a paragraph in public without including the phrase 9/11) and doubly especially in the last year or so since he became a Trump proxy he has gone off the rails. Giuliani especially, and Christie to a somewhat lesser extent, and Trump most of all now act like senior citizens who are stuck in reliving their college fraternity days, chugging brews and chasing babes, ducking the draft and spending daddy's money.
