The White House may seek additional changes to the military commissions law over the next 120 days, but it was not immediately clear Thursday what they could include. The two senior administration officials spoke on condition of anonymity because Obama had not yet announced the changes.

I never said Obama was doing the right thing, however you're obviously no attorney. The changes being implemented are a big deal. No, it's not perfect, and the pissed reaction on the left is indicative of what many Obama supporters think of this decision. Frankly, I think it sucks major ass, and yet I can't think of a better solution to deal with these gitmo detainees. Can you?

Welcome to reality. Sometimes hard and uncomfortable decisions have to be made. But the reality is military tribunals are nothing new in our history, yet the left acted like they were.
