Girls that come to your door selling magazine subscriptions

Does this happen to you? These girls always come to my door selling magazine subscriptions. They always have some BS story about being a college student and trying to win a trip. They claim they get points for every subscription that you buy, blah, blah, blah. What's the story behind this operation? Does anyone know? This looks like a good story for 20/20 or Dateline.

Here's the interesting part: these girls are always good-looking. It's never a dude, or a fat girl, or an ugly girl, but always a very attractive young girl. And they always claim to be from California.

By the way, don't buy the subscriptions unless you just want to help these girls out because the price is way too high. One of the magazines I was looking at was $26/year and I checked on the website and they had it for $12.97/year.

I've had 2 guys working together claiming college student status and selling super-expensive mag subscriptions.

I had one of those girls come around and offer me sex if I bought some magazines...!!! I kid you not!! She was cute, but kind of slutty.....I did grab a little feel, but I never did buy any magazines......scary....


Now that I think about it, the phone rang while she was there, and she was dying to answer it. I let her, and she picked it up and said "Pamela's house of love", what can I do for you? I was so embarrassed because it was a girlfriend of mine on the phone.......ouch....

I have had about 6 girls come by in the last few months and they were all fairly cute, but the girl tonight was absolutely gorgeous. She said she was an aspiring actress. She definitely had the looks and personality.
