Girls Gone Wild

That settlement is probably a drop in the bucket compared to all the profits that company takes in. :(

The guy is intelligent or just plain lucky? He got rich from something anyone here could have done.

The "Girls Gone Wild" series has been the target of other lawsuits, including one by a 17-year-old girl who flashed her breasts to a cameraman. The girl argued, unsuccessfully, that the film, its creators, producers and distributors had violated her right to privacy and had cast her in a false light by including her in the "Sexy Sorority Sisters" video.

Hahahaha!!!

The FTC said about 84,000 customers would receive refunds of at least $6.

Once again proving there are a lot of idiots out there.

Seriously, the only people making any money off this class action lawsuit is the lawyers.

I read that they would hire (for pay) so-called baits to flash and to dare other (unsuspecting the event being video taped) girls to do the same. Their defense is since it it in public place they don't need to pay anykind of royalty to unsuspecting women.
