I used to think cheaper the better on detergent but using cheap brands my clothes would fade. I switch to tide and find much less fading on clothes.

I just use gain or the detergent made by all. The powdered stuff works much better than the liquid stuff. I wouldn't use the supermarket brand though...at least for bleach.

If you poured the bleach directly on your sheets and it didn't leave white blotches, you were NOT using normal chlorine bleach.

i guarentee it. you used some other stuff like vinegar or something, you did not use plain jane clorox.

He should do a taste test and figure out what it was.

I normally don't use bleach, just detergent. Then I saw the ad on TV saying that you should wash your sheets with bleach to kill bacteria. So I got some bleach and put in my sheets with my whites. Then two girls told me that my sheets would go from dark blue to really light blue. Well they are done washing and my sheets are still dark blue. I even poured the bleach directly on them! Girls can't drive, they don't know laundry.. Wtf are they good for?

Were you using chlorine bleach, or color safe bleach. In any event they would have been wrong. Chlorine bleach wouldnt have turned it light blue, it would have made if whiteish/yellowish, funky looking. My bet is you were using color safe bleach, which probably wouldht have the same bacteria fighting capabilities as chlorine bleach.

It was Chlorox brand bleach. Just bleach. Not color safe. The bottle says "regular bleach". Maybe there were blotches. I'll check again.

Are you retarded? Does the word crap offend you in some deep, soul searing way? Go away.

And yeah, it sounds like it was color safe bleach. Chlorine will kill your sh!t :)tear; over my lost favorite shirt, a casualty to bleach).

This is off-topic, where we express what we feel. All i said is that i didn't like it. Did i ask him to change it? Huh ? NOOOOO so calm the f*ck down.
I understand you don't agree with me.. but don't call me retarded just because you don't agree with me. Well, you can if you want, but it's childish..
You go away, thanks!

Ummm....you looking at the bottle while you say that? Regular bleach, whether its Clorox (not spelled cholrox) or some supermarket brand, will discolor pretty much any piece of colored cloth.
