Girlfriend's screen name

My girlfriend tried to create a screen name a while back and it looks like it was created, but she was never able to log in. Was wondering if there's a way to reset her password? Her SN is MsAMCRambler. I'm pretty sure the screen name hasn't been deleted because I've got her in my buddies menu.

I would recommend that you PM the Mods.

They should reset the password and send it to the registered e-mail address.

You don't need a mod to reset your pw. Just click on the Forget your login information? link and follow the direction.

Yeah we tried doing that, but I don't think the email address is correct so we can't get the reset confirmation. She's a bit of a nitwit sometimes and forgot what email and what her secret question was. I have to find out what her school email address is and then I can pm the mod with the info. All her other email accounts are on the block list(AOL, Yahoo).
