Girlfriend wants to sell artwork

What would you guys recommend for her to sell her artwork. Eb@y? Some FS/FT forum? She has a bunch of stuff, she just wants to get rid of it because it's taking up too much space, and why not profit if you can? Thanks for suggestions in advance.

Edit:

Still life for art class - Type of stuff she'd probably be selling (took pic when work was in progress, don't have pic of completed drawing)

Turtle - She's drawing this for her cousin (drawing not done yet)

Adriana Lima - Not quite yet finished, HUGE drawing, the cardboard is at least 5' tall. Amazing to see in real life.

Girlfriend on her Bday - Sorry, but when I asked her if she minded if I posted her pic, she asked which one, I said the one with you blowing out a candle, and she said ok. I forgot that it didn't really show what she looked like, but at least you have somewhat of a profile (she's beautiful you can take my word for it 🙂 )

Wouldn't speak so quickly...I've seen some dang good artwork sold online...but pics would be great I'd like to see as well...

Your best bet would be to contact local businesses and see if you could either lay the stuff out around the shop and give them a % of the sale, or if they'd want to buy some themselves. Lawyers, Dentists, etc should be your primary market for actual paintings and stuff like that. For statues etc might be a very tough one.

Most of her artwork is stuff from classes which are random still lives. She doesn't know how keen lawyer and dentist offices would be on these. It's a good suggestion though - she said if the stuff were landscapes and flowers she wouldn't hesitate to try to sell them to the mentioned offices.
 
Do you have a nice upscale art gallery in your town? If you do, ask them to sell the arts on consigment <if the gallery owner likes the arts, of course>.
 
If you are at all near a campus, or moderately "hip" area, a fair percentage of the coffee shops, and similar student hangouts show and sell art. Competition for space might be kinda stiff, as such places usually have their own population of artists; but they are numerous and well worth a try.
 
Updated OP with pic of GF, pic of a project she does NOT want to sell (adriana - not yet finished), and pic of a still life she was working on (now finished).

Thanks for the kind comments on the artwork, I'm sure she'll appreciate them 🙂

I'm still open for more suggestions on how to get some of her stuff sold (as said before, the stuff she wants to get rid of is more along the lines of the first picture - random still lives and other miscellaneous drawings/paintings/etc).

Good stuff. She has talent. Although I am curious about the legality of selling the Adriana Lima portrait because it is a copy of something that has been previously produced.
