So, I've dated a girl for 2 years, we've never had sex just to let you know, and both times she's cheated its been sex. 1.5 months into the relationship she cheated on me, and for some reason i stayed with her. I forgave her over time, and everything was great. We became best friends, and the relationship seemed flawless. 1.5 years later i left for college, and 2 days after i left she drank and had sex with someone. I still have the craziest feelings for her, and just want to give her time to heal and see if its something she'll change. Is that the right thing to do, or should I be totally done, despite my feelings and hopes for her?

This makes no sense. If she cheated on you the first time having sex then you should have automatically had sex the day you got back together. On top of that she would have had to have gone down on you for an entire month whenever you wanted.
