Well the visit was nice, she's on her way back and I'm about to go to yet another boring class. Nothing else to report for now...

I am SO GLAD that I'm old and bitter already and have been thru all this crap already. Way back when, intarweb porn sites hadn't been invented yet.

Of course, GF's still got drunk and screwed by some other guy...you and 1 million other people just didn't SEE IT on the net.

ps
In case you're really THAT ignorant, allow me to translate. 99.9% of all college attendees under the age of 25 get raging drunk and have sex with anything that moves...some drunk guys will even screw things that are not alive and/or moving. Your GF is finally free of the chains that bind (I.E. YOU). Prepare to find yourself some new female companionship.

lol... seems like you may have had some bad experiences.... this is not the case for anywhere near 99.9% of college attendees

I had a friend that in HS was the innocent type. She didn't drink, didn't party, had like one boyfriend all of high school. She ended up going to UCSB. After the first few months when she came home to visit, it was obvious she had changed a bit. She was a partier. Getting drunk every night, going out every night, hooking up with plenty of guys. Me and a few mutual friends went down to UCSB a few times to visit her, and she was a totally different person at school. (of course myself and my friends had a great time when we visted. Damn I wish I would have went away to college instead of staying at home and going to a local univeristy. :( ) We heard tales of her experiencing down there, heard her talking with her sorority sisters about the "walk of shame" she had a few times, etc. Moral of the story is. USCB changes people. It's obviously a party school, and everyone partakes. Be prepared for it. She'll have her legs in the air Friday night.

I live in Santa Barbara and am a UCSB Alumni. If you want, give me her contact information and I'll keep an eye on her for you.

Well you were obviously joking about keeping an eye on her and alluding that you'd "take care" of her... unless I just have heightened defense mechanisms from earlier posters that is.

Why would I want to seduce her? She's your girlfriend man. Besides, I wouldn't want to mess with a Cool Guy and his Jaeger.

Can a mod close this? Fvck living for the future. I want her, I'm going for it. If it works it works, If UCSB ends it because of mindless ******, then good, I've taken one more girl off the list of girls who will fvck me over. End of story, no more self pity weak kid stuff. Thanks to those who cared, and to a lot of you... you have a lot of growing up to do. If future pain makes you sacrifice now, you're scared, not tough.

Dude, so true in so many ways. If you love her thats good, but you probably will have to be prepared to let her go.

I don't know her morals, personality, etc. But from what I see (with my female friends that had long distance relationships), most (>90%) break up. GL man.

2. She is going to drink and party.
3. She will start to wonder how she could have so much fun away from you.
4. She may stray.
5. Next thing you know there's change missing from your dresser and your daughter's knocked up. I've seen it a hundred times.

Ok I lied about #5.

BUT... The good news is if you really are a great guy, she will come back. She will realize it doesn't get better than you and she will return. This is where the good part comes in. Yes, you will hurt. You will lock yourself in your apartment for a week but then you will emerge. You will go out. YOU will meet other womenz and YOU will see what else is out there. If you find the new is better than the old then so be it. But either way you both will be better people for having "experienced" life.

Like you said, it is MUCH better to "experience" life in your college years than when you are 40 with 3 kids and a mortgage.

Well said, well said.........

Think what you what... I lived on a floor with 60 people. Out of those 60 people about half came to school with bf or gf. Out of those 30 people 1 relationship lasted the year. They broke up a few times n i saw that chick bring other dudes into her room. Sooo... you can conclude from that.
