She is neither and is there for the money only.

You can't judge a person's sexual preference based on where they work. The only way you'd know if she's a lesbian is if you caught her munching carpet. Maybe she works there and lies about being a lesbo because she brings home more money in tips -who knows.
 
why would you assume anything?
maybe just ask her why she works there, i can't ask her, i don't know her

I'd think if I saw her playing tonsil-hockey with another female that might be a clue as well.. More likely to see her doing that in public where it's obvious than eating from the garden of earthly delights.

Based on the information provided, I would have to go with none of the above. Or all of the above. I'm not sure.
 
She is probably a lesbian. I haven't been to a lesbian bar, but I've been to a gay bar, and all the guys who worked there were pretty obviously gay. It's a place that attracts a specific crowd, both for clientele, and for employees.
