None of that balloon went past her tonsiles. as soon as the balloon entered her mouth, she was letting air out of it, via a small bitten hole, but kept pushing it in, so as to give the illusion she was really swallowing it. Sorry to disappoint you guys, but that girl does not swallow.
I have a friend who used to do that trick all the time, and showed me how it works. On video, due to the speed played, it looks much more real.

No balloons are used in that exercise. (git yur minds outta da gutters! 😛) However I found the balance ball is superb and use that and the results have been amazing. Next time there's 40 foot seas everyone will be walking into each other and bulkheads and I will still be able to walk straight. 😀

The excersize lady is nothing compared to the swallowing balloonist.

Yep, that was obvious. I can't believe anybody actually believed that was real.

If real it would have taken much longer and require much lube🙂
