Girl Scouts shouldn't be allowed to sell cookies outside WalMart

Was at WalMart the other day and the Girl Scouts had set up shop selling cookies right outside and were busily disposing of an entire minivan full of 'em. Needless to say the folks who need cookies the least were grabbing them 4 or 5 boxes at a time. Makes me think there ought to be a rule about that, selling cookies outside WalMart is like encouraging someone from West Virginia to attend his family reunion to meet women.
