4- Girl Interrupted- Even though this movie is fairly new...it makes my best chick flick list because of the fact that it shows bonding between women during a time period when they were deemed unacceptable to society. Winona Ryder and Angelina Jolie give outstanding performances and this movie will make you feel closer to any friend you've ever had...

It's not really that much of a chick flick.

It's worth watching once, IMO.

I haven't seen the movie but it supposedly weakly portrays borderline personality disorder. Having lived with psychoboy - also BPD - I have absolutely no desire to see it.
