Anybody know of this happening in any other sport? There are several instances listed here for hockey.
Did this ever happen in baseball, football, basketball, tennis, golf, soccer, rugby or badminton?
Never did like hockey too much. It seems like the pucks only get the kids, too.:frown:
 
my friend's dad got hit one night. It was in the lowly minor leagues of hockey, but it busted his nose and he had blood everywhere.
 
pucks hurt, I had a very large lump on my leg that I got through the pads while blocking a shot. Took another off the cage to my helmet but that didn't do any harm.
