... I doubt anyone on here knows but anyone know anyone who had a problem like this? If so what was wrong?

She is feeling dizzy and she is telling me she is blacking out. She went to lay down.

I told her to go to the hospital but she isn't listening to me.
 
is she soaking thru more than 1 pad per hour? If so she needs to be seen ASAP.

Any chance she could be pregnant ? if so she also needs to be seen ASAP.

She said 2 a day but the pads are thin.
 
Is she on birth control? is it heavy or is it just spotting.

on some bc my period spots every single day.. it just means the bc needs to be changed or adjusted. its not dangerous but she should take an iron suppliments until she can see a dr about it.

You're going to need to cauterize the wound. Get anywhere from a 8-10inch metal pole, heat it up, and get to work.

Hmmm... blacking out is not a good sign. Take her or make her go to her gyno. My friend had her period for 4 weeks but it was really light. I made her go to the gyno, and she said everything was ok

for 3 weeks?
tell her to go to the dr. she shouldn't be embarassed doctors hear worse stuff all the time.
 
She needs to go to a hospital. There is something not right up in there. It could be an open sore/infection. Either way, it's something that may kill her if she doesn't get it check out.
 
If she is bleeding... and If I were you, I would get her to the hospital like NOW.
If she is spotting... and If I were you, I would have her at the doctors first thing tomorrow morning.
This is not normal and needs to be looked into asap.
