Fourth-grade student Khalin "Scarface" Rivenbark is a plague on our society, and should be locked away for the rest of her life.

So can we vote them out of their jobs? That would be nice.

Reading the comments section - looks like the girl lied about how the incident was handled.

So glad I'm done school. It's getting so retarded now.

cough drops... LOL give me a break. now I could MAYBE understand if it was say, prescription T3 or something like that, but cough drops? Wow.

I don't blame the school directly though, I blame the fact that the ability to sue exists. they need to get rid of that, seriously, too many stupid lawsuits out there, and people doing stupid things to avoid lawsuits because they have to. The school is basically protecting itself from a possible lawsuit here. If they let that go, the parent of the kid who got the cough drops could then sue the school for some extra cash and just use "drugs" as the reason, and get an easy 5mil.

this world is a mess.
