Man, where the fuck did this chick go to school? I could barely understand her. Kind of a cross between ebonics and southern drawl.

Oh, and I love the news reporters covering this as though it's actually a worthy news story...

With some Down's Syndrome thrown in. That was the absolute worst speaking voice I have ever heard.
You all are going to feel pretty bad if it's discovered that she has a cleft palate.

It's more likely a hearing disability.

And yes, they are dumbasses for making fun her.

I find people like JulesMaximus elitests any which way you look at them. They're mighty proud of the way they speak, and yet they sound no more intelligent or intellectually superior than anyone else on this forum.

Or we won't when it comes out that her family tree has no branches:laugh:

I think the thing that people are missing is that the fact that she was wearing a dress that she bought THE DAY BEFORE indicates that this young woman indicates that she shops (or maybe "shopped") there a whole hell of a lot. What is she 20? 24? That's smack dab in the middle of most malls' target demographic. The fact that she would buy a dress at the mall and then go to the mall the next day means that she is an important customer who should be valued OVER those jealous fat wives, who might go to the mall 2 or 3 times a month.

So, basically, some pervy dude with a high school diploma gets a job as a mall security guard and forces a girl that spends a disproportionate amount of her income at the mall to turn around as he ogles her, then kicks her out. Yeah, that's great for business...

it's like if you buy booze at the gas station, why can't you drink it there? Because you CAN'T and I could understand this policy.

and some women get raped because they wear no bras, have pointing nipples and bend over with a mini skirt only to reveal they have no underwear on. While I'm not saying that is right and no woman wants that, god damn why don't they THINK 'gee this may not portray a positive image of myself.'

A mall is a place of "public accommodation" so it is not really the exact same thing as a person's private home. But as far as dress code codes, it is. If they want to make it so people have to wear tuxedos and victorian era dresses to shop there, so be it. As long as the pinkberry has no dress code, I don't give a crap what malls do. I can't remember the last time I found something useful at a mall that I couldn't find elsewhere.

I'm gonna have to go ahead and disagree with you there.

I fully support all hot late teens/early twenties girls' right to dress as revealing as legally possible. This includes (but is not limited to) no bras and/or no underwear.

Oh shut your pie hole. Ever heard of a "two day weekend", or a "part-time job", ya little baby?

That dress looked like a short sun-dress, it was cute, not slutty... Besides, it's not her fault other men are dumb-shits and can't control themselves.

All in all, she did nothing wrong.

This.

Probably the security guard's wife was the one who complained. I hope that security guard gets fired for being p-whipped.

her dress looks fine. her voice, on the other hand... :(

Fixed.

as has been said a few times in this thread... it sounds like she may be partly deaf or otherwise has some kind of speech impediment. That's far from being only an accent.
Plus, when I was a little tyke, I had a speech impediment due to troubled ears (lots of ear infections, always plugged up, etc), and I remember the way I'd say some things.

I'm confused, does that somehow invalidate my correction? I changed the wording from accent to voice because that is more correct. I made no assessment of what her impediment may be, just a comment on her voice.

Reminds me of lyrics from B-52's new - Funplex song:

"Private property, hippy be quiet
Your peace sign t-shirt could cause a riot "
