Girl from high school wants to hook up, what to do?

I think this girl I met in high school wants to hook up with me and has since high school. After high school we lost touch but I ran into her at her place of work and we have done some stuff like go to the movies together since then, but not really officially dating. Just the other day she asked me to dinner and I went and now she wants me to go to dinner with her this Friday.

Thing is, she is nice and everything but to tell the truth I'm not really attracted to her physically or personality wise. Now she has my AIM screen name and has started messaging me off and on the past week. What should I do?

This is like the only time I've been in this situation. In any event I don't want to tell her anything directly but maybe give some hints. The time before she asked me to this drive in movie and let me tell you guys, it really sucked. We met up with her neighbor and watched the whole movie with him and his kids.
