Is this just civil damages or is jail time on the table for the administrators?

There is all kinds of WTF is going on here.

If there was a history of of sexual and violent misconduct,.. why even do this? Wouldn't the history alone be enough to get rid of this kid?

Also,... did any one of these geniuses speak to a lawyer? I am 99% sure none of this (the sting) would be legit.

Wow. IMO the payout from the lawsuit should come from any administrators and aide's involved as well as the boy's parents. Maybe that will give them pause in the future, assuming they're still employable.

And jail time for all.
