Ok, I know it is horrible right now, I only had mspaint and dreamweaver on my work computer..

I am looking for that Secret Operations feel, yet still deliver some funny content.

maybe some content.

If you are going for top secret, make the background darker, like dark grey (#333333) or black (#000000). Make the text white, or light grey (#eeeeee). Maybe some cool pictures, strippers, etc also.
