i wouldnt deal with stuff like that at 2am...

You wouldn't want to know if your forums got hacked and possibly all information lost? That may not be a big deal to you, but I'd like to know that all the hard work by all my admins and members hadn't been lost.

I've got dual redundant backups on every server I run and every decent hosting company will have the same. I woudn't trade sleep over a personal website, especially since i gotta get up at 7 😉

Do Tim or Stu do semi-regular backups?

Just login to cPanel, click backup and do a full backup.

If you have a broadband connection it should only take about 10 minutes.

AFAIK they do. I'll do it too, though. 🙂

Please do. You can never be too careful, I would hate for all of your hard work (esp Stu) to go down the drain if something were to happen to the web server, etc.
