gigabyte8hxp 533 won't start

just hooked up my board today can't seem to post up or make any noise on speaker,


unhooked power retried all connections, made sure all front panel connections were correct ie, grd was in right position
still to no avail please help ..... going crazy


my sys. 25.3 gig pro

1066 samsung mem


gig 8 hxp p4 titan 533 mb


(2) 80gig hdd 8 mg cache


gainward 4200 gold edition 128mhz video cards

also if you could give me a manu. web or support site that would be very nice..
