Hey team, seeking help. New build.
Gigabyte Auros Z790 Elite AX.
Intel I7 12700k
DDR5 Corsair 64 Gb - approved on GB site. Just replaced as my last ditch try.
ASUS RTX 3060
Corsair 850w PSU
The MOBO will turn on, fans spin, GPU lights up. The MOBO leds cycle through then turn off. The MOBO RGBs turn on and stay on. Fans turn off, GPU lights turn off. No other signs of life. No video on board or GPU. This is always the same result.

Have tried:
PSUs x2
GPUs x3
Mother boards x2
Cleared CMOS, removed battery x2
Q flashed bios to latest. Think it worked. Can’t see monitor output.
CPUs x1, had a I7 12700kf but switched out (Amazon) to the 12700k for the integrated graphics.
Lastly my ram was not on the GB site. New ram came in yesterday. Tried both sticks- nope, one stick - nope. W/O GPU- nope.
Please help me out here. This build was supposed to allow me to let my inner nerd geek out but instead I have gotten a beat down and my confidence a swrily of epic proportions.
Thanks in advance

Have you tried a different monitor or cable?

Well this sounds like it is some sort of board issue, but you did say you tried two different boards. My thoughts are double check all connections, specifically CPU power(s), maybe try a different CPU again. Also, assuming the two boards you tried are the same model, it could be a compatibility issue with them and some other part, or they both were simply defective.

Is the build in the case or did you do test it outside of the case? If it is in the case disconnect everything non-vital like front USB connections, front panel audio, and the front panel headers. Use a screwdriver to short the pins on the motherboard to turn on the system. Sometimes motherboard standoffs might be in the wrong location and could short something on the motherboard.

Since you have tried multiples of everything else it is possible that you have a CPU problem. What CPU cooler are you using? Did you remove the plastic covering the cold plate? I would think it would at least turn on and even post with a bad heat sink connection, but you never know. Also, where did you plug the CPU fan header? On some boards it will not post without the CPU fan header plugged into the CPU FAN/CPU Pump header.

Any chance you can take a pic of the wiring and share it here? It sounds like you know what you are doing, but maybe something will jump out at us?
