I am having an issue with my Z68xp-UD3 board. It is revision 1.0 and has the U1J(UEFI BIOS) installed.
I am having weird issues while my computer is on such as intermittent lag.
The board is going past the post and booting up to windows. But when I get into the BIOS screen, only the Gigabyte screen shows but does not show anything past that. I cannot access any settings or see my pointer. The same occurs with Q-Flash.
I used the power button trick to use the backup BIOS but it has the same issue.
How can I reflash the BIOS without Q-Flash or the windows tool?
