Question Gigabyte X570 Auros Ultra with 2 NVME Drives and PCIE4 performance

Currently I have an X570 Gigabyte Aorus Ultra Motherboard, currently using 2 NVME drives (1TB Samsung 970 Evo+ and 2TB Intel 660P)

I would like to upgrade my boot drive to a fancy PCIE4 drive like the WD SN850, I am new to Ryzen 5000, is there enough lanes to accommodate both drives with full bandwidth? or would I be better off going with a PCIE4 card? if so would that mean less lanes for my 3080?

The CPU provides 20 PCIe lanes for direct usage, which are normally used by the graphics card and first Nvme drive.
All other PCIe lanes are chipset PCIe lanes, and share the bandwidth of the 4 PCIe 4.0 PCIe lanes through which the chipset is connected to the CPU.

Your board supports two M.2 at PCIe4.0 x4, and one M.2 at PCIe4.0 x2.

Just make sure your 660p is connected to the "M2C" labeled socket and you'll get full performance from all of them.

The primary nvme gets 4 lanes from the cpu. The rest of your nvme slots are off the pch so you can fill em up if need be. The pcie slots are seperate.
