Gigabyte X470 Aorus Gaming 7 Led Problem

I purchased the x470 aorus gaming 7, and I use it with the xilence xp750 power supply. When I turned on the power of the PSU for the first time, the led lights on the motherboard were blinking. When I turn on the PSU power with the same bios version (F41) and settings, the LEDs always remain on and the color changes continue. Does anyone know why?
