GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1660 Ti OC 6G Graphics Card, 2 x WINDFORCE Fans, 6GB 192-Bit GDDR6, GV-N166TOC-6GD Video Card

Pretty close to the pricing of a GTX 1660 Super, and still yet faster in gaming.
If I didn't already snag the EVGA GTX 1660 ti XC OC model from BestBuy last week for $255 + tax, I'd jump on this WindForce.
Also, someone mentioned in another thread, that a Gigabyte WindForce GTX 1650 work on an "older" (like Core2/SB/Athlon II-era) system, no BIOS issues, so it seems to me that the Gigabyte cards (at least the GTX 1650 models), are Hybrid dual-BIOS that work with both UEFI and Legacy BIOS types. Which is good to know, some modern video cards that require a UEFI system BIOS won't work with older Core2/Nehalem-era rigs.
Here's a relevant excerpt from a review, regarding usage with an older Core2-era PC:

Overall Review: I questioned whether or not this would work in an old Q6600-based system with PCIe 2.0. I thought there was an issue at first when there was no video output, however I found that in the older system, video output only came from the DP at the top of the card (furthest from the card slot). After drivers were installed, all ports worked in windows, but during boot still only one port. Because of this I decided to use a DP-to-DVI adapter on that port for my display (instead of HDMI).
