GigaByte VRX (KTT 333) or MSI KT3 Ultra-C KT333 ?

What woul you take ?
Anyone has this mobo and what is your expirience ?

I own the GA-7VRXP ver 1.1 and have had no problems with it (except I am not sure if my ram is actually running @333 or @266), some people have had problems with it, if you do get it make sure you get the rev. 2.0 version of it.
