Gigabyte video problems

I recently bought a GA-7ZX MB with a Thunderbird 1Ghz. I have a 3dfx Voodoo 3 3000 AGP and the motherboard refuses to send a signal through it. No matter what I set the AGP stuff to, nothing seems to work. I know for a fact that the card itself does work. I even tried another V3 3K of my friends. I borrowed a 3dfx Voodoo 3 2000 PCI from a friend, and that works flawlessly. I would rather use the AGP card. Anyone out there run into this problem?? And if so, how do you fix? Or am I stuck with either the PCI card or pick up a new Vid Card??

I e-mailed Gigabyte about a week ago and still no reply...

Who knows... maybe this will give me a reason to splurge for a GeForce 2 GTS 64DDR....

any help would be great.
