I've got some DDR memory from Crucial I use with my 266 FSB Athlon system. Going to use one stick for my TITAN board to go with a 1.8A Ghz P4 Northwood chip. The chip is PC2100 266mhz 256 chip and I was wondering if I can use this with the board and cpu or if I should get PC2400 memory for the mobo and cpu combo. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

I second that! It should work just fine. Especially considering the quality (Micron Technologies) of the memory module...
The only thing to remember is that the module is probably a double sided and thus likely a dual bank module. The i845D chipset can only handle 4 banks for DDR RAM, which means, that when upgrading the memory at a later date, you will only be able to use 1 more double sided/dual bank module or 2 single sided/bank modules. "Usually" memory modules flipflop between single and dual sided/banked every time you double the size, eg. 128MB single side, 256MB double side, 512MB single side etc.
