I've been looking for a couple of cards to replace my 2 XFX GTX285's and during my dd I came across that card. Not a whole lot of info on it, aside from http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...-470,2713.html where they were able to O/C it to core clock to 800 MHz and the shader clock to 1600 MHz, while maintaining more than reasonable temps.

It's about the most expensive GTX470 available http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...scrollFullInfo but cheaper than a 480.

Any thoughts on pulling the trigger on two of these cards?

That is honestly the only set of benchmarks I've seen which shows a stock gtx 470 not beating a gtx285 in every game.

The gtx470 the OP is looking is a hell of an engineering feat by Gigabyte and a great product. You'll get dead silent fans, great overclockability, and lower power consumption and heat than the standard gtx470. I say if you have the money and want it, go for it!
