They were willing to but then newegg told me they would do it😀 Newegg sent me the rev. 2.0 7VRXP, a nice upgrade due to the power problems on the 1.1 I had.

Actually I have had good luck with gigabyte rma's. I just called them and I had to pay for shipping to them, but they did not charge me for shipping back or any repairs..
