This is not the "OC" model, but it is an RX 5700XT, and the triple-fan cooler on these (I have the same cooler on the Gigabyte RX 5600XT) is really great, keeps GPU temps cool. (But you do need great case airflow, too.)

If you are mining, this is a decent deal to pick up several of these. "Limit 5 per customer."

Good deal but keep in mind NE return policy sucks now. Better off getting something from AMZN or BB even if a bit more with their liberal holiday return policies in the chance that 3XXX/R6XXX cards become widely available by year end.

They are showing $420, but they are also showing two different ones. They also have a Rev2.0 so I wonder if the NE one is Rev1.0? Also, Amazon is saying you can return up to the end of January

That is key, BB holiday returns are 1/16 and AMZN is 1/31, gives you some time to ride out the stock tantrums without being locked into something and dealing with declining resale value if the new cards do become more widely available by year end.

Decent deal for a 5700XT, though I don't think Gigabyte makes as good Radeon card coolers, unless they fixed that.
