Hi guys (and girls). I have a problem with my video card. I am using a GIGABYTE Radeon r9 270x WINDOFORCE 2gb in my pc. Now, i am thirteen, and fairly new to computer software and things of that such.

What the problem is, is that when i start my downloaded game, which is minecraft, i start preferably fast. But when it loads a map or server, my whole game and computer crashes. Now, i have a custom gaming pc, built by myself, and i will list the specs here.

AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor

ASRock FM2A88X Extreme4+ ATX FM2+ Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X 2GB WINDFORCE Video Card

EVGA 500W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer

I also have 2 case fans. But it is not over heating, i have both fans on high and i have an exterior fan blasting cool air into the case.

And it is only with the game. Nothing else crashes or lags ever accept for that game. But the only thing is.. When ever i start my computer, a window pops up labeling, "Raptr Inc" asking for changes. I have no virus, for i have ran numerous scans with Malewarebytes. I cannot delete any raptr software on my pc. I have tried and i wont let me. There is another program called Plays.Tv, which also is a problem. I have deleted every Plays.Tv software and installer from my pc, but it still is asking me to record by popping up a screen on my game and saying, "Turning on". That is what freezes me and not long after, crashes me. I have recorded with plays.tv before, but i stopped after i found out that is was causing the crashes. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I THANK YOU SO MUCH IF YOU CAN HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM!!

p.s. I do not think that i am bottlenecking, but if that has anyhting to do with it, please tell me.

What do you mean by "my whole game and computer crashes."?
Are we talking that you see a BSOD, if so, which one, or, does it reboot the machine, or what exactly is going on?
