Hey Guys I just built a system with:

Gigabyte P67A-UD3-B3
i5 2500k
8gb Corsair Vengence 1600 Ram (4x2gb)
RaidMax 630W PSU
XFXRaedon HD 5770 GPU
1TB Seagate Barracuda 6 gb/s

I'm not getting any video signal at all from boot onwards. The card works as I've tried two different cards both of which work in a different PC. All fans come on, all motherboard lights clear. I only get one beep during what I'm assuming is post as I can't actually see it. Obviously I can't update the BIOS to the F3 as I can't even get any video signal. I've tried all 8gb of ram (4 sticks x2gb) in each dimm in single, double and quad configurations. I've checked that my CPU was seated and cooled properly. I've checked that all power connections were attached correctly to the 5770 GPU and everything else. I also tried a ATI Radeon 5450 GPU with no results. I've tried DVI connections, HDMI and a VGA converter. The only thing I can assume is that it's the motherboard. I am getting the rebooting loop problem too that seems to be common with this board. Does this mean the board is completelty bad? Does this particular board have problem with 5XXX series GPUs? What do I do next??? Help!! I'm building this rig for my boss and it'd sure be nice to not look like an ass. =(

First thing I'd do is throw away that piece of shit RaidMax power supply and put something in there that's got some quality behind it, like any Corsair or Antec branded power supply.

The mb needs to be out of the case to be sure there are no shorts between case and mb etc.
Never put a system in a case until you know there are no problems.
Common problems
1- short remove from case
2- memory doesnt like mb check memory at Gigabyte website to see if its recomended.
3- bad ps
4- bad mb

Thanks for the responses guys. Gonna pull everything out of the case and try to get it started up that way. Also, going to try a different typew of RAM from another system. I'm remembering someone somewhere saying the board doesn't like 1600 ram to start with but will boot with 1333 and they you have to change the bios settings for 1600.

UPDATE:

Ok so I pulled everything out of the case and tried to boot with just the PSU, GPU, 1 stick 1333 DDR3 Ram and obviously the CPU+HSF to try and rule out any shorts to the case and an unsupport ram frequency. I made sure all connections were tight and even tried resetting the CMOS...No avail...The only thing I've not tested is the PSU. I'll test that tonight and RMA the board if no results.

Any further suggestions guys?
