Gigabyte p55a-ud4p w/ scythe mugen 2?

I'm in process of a new build and researching coolers - anyone know if the scythe mugen 2 will fit with this MB (enough ram clearance)? I was also checking out the coolermaster 212 which seems a touch smaller, but the scythe was 6'c cooler according to the 'other' website 😀
