I got a new one and can't get it to post. Swapped out cpu and moved ramm around. Also replaced power supply. Just flashes all 4 cpu leds foe a second. Nothing else? Any ideas?
 
Is the motherboard a "brand new" one? Seems kind of outdated, if so.
Try again with the board outside the case. Could be due to a short circuit via mounting screws.

Well it was supposed to be a new one. I have a I-7 that fits it so I decided to put a pc together with it.

I'll try it and see if it does any better.
