Gigabyte P4 Intel 850 Motherboard & AOpen GeForce4 MX 440 compatability problem?

Does anyone know if there's a compatability problem between the Gigabyte P4 Intel 850 chipset motherboard and the AOpen GeForce4 MX 440 card?

Not sure about that combination, but I have seen a Leadtek WinFast A170 GF4 MX-440 beep like crazy when plugged into a Gigabyte GA-7VTXH+ with BIOS rev. F2 and work fine in a FIC AD-11 & ECS K76SA.
