Gigabyte P35 Motherboards -- Please explain the price to me

Hello all. Really simple question. I need to pick out a C2D motherboard by tomorrow morning, and was looking at the Gigabyte P35 boards. I cannot for the life of me figure out why one board is more expensive then the other. Can someone who is more knowledgeable then me look at the two, and tell me what I'm not seeing?

GA-P35C-DS3R has extra two DDR3 SDRAM slots. That's the only difference.

P35 doesn't.



It's all I know. could be more differences.

as stated, the GA-P35C-DS3R has an extra 2 slots to take DDR3 memory, otherwise they are identical. Personally I would go for the GA-P35C-DS3R, if sometime next year you decide to upgrade your RAM to DDR3 you won't need to buy a new motherboard.
