Hey guys..... one our PC's recently crapped itself & stopped booting up..... long story short we purchased a new mobo, that being the Gigabyte P35-DS3R; however we noticed this motherboard has a port for a 4-PIN ATX 12V plug (the old mobo didn't), however the PSU doesn't seem to come with a 4 PIN connector..... I can only find a 6-PIN connector & an 8-PIN connector. Ok, just as I was writing this post I discovered the 8-PIN connector actually splits in half to turn into 2 4-PIN connectors.

So....... would I use one of those 4-PIN connectors then?

Thanks!

Sounds right to me.
Many PSU's have that feature.

I pulled up the manual for that board...definitely a 4 pin (2x2) connector, and the Silverstone site shows that plug to be a 4/8 connector. Just split it in two...use one side.

You should be good to go.
