Gigabyte P35-DS3L or Abit IP35-E

I have seen a lot of debate around the web on which mobo is better. Some like the Gigabyte, some like the Abit. Since they are the same price, I'm having a really hard time choosing between the two. I plan on OC'ing the Intel E2160 as much as possible and possible OC'ing the video card.

So which is more reliable/has better performance/better bang for the buck?

I don't think you can find the abit ip35-E online anymore- looks to have been replaced with the the ip35-v

I'll make your choice easier. $95 AR Abit IP35 from MWAVE. It is identical to IP35-E. IP35 adds

-RAID
-six SATA ports
-1394a
-heat pipe

IP35-E is a fantastic value at $60 AR. IP35 can easily best the DS3L in the overclocking department and comes with a lot more bells and whistles for only $5 extra.
