Gigabyte P35-DS3L cold boot resets overclock.

Currently I have an E2160 running at 3.19 Ghz via a 355mhz FSB setting. I've tried the memory multiplier on both 2 and 2.4 for memory speeds of 710 and 850. Mobo is the Gigabyte P35-DS3L, bios revision F7. Memory is OCZ DDR2-800 5-5-5-15.

I've also got the timings manually set to 5,5,5,15.
I've tried adding .1 and .2 volts to the memory as well as .1 V to the FSB. Currently the CPU is hard set for 1.475V.

On any restart however the system keeps all the settings just fine. I've tested the settings for an hour in Prime95. Temperatures as well as stability were just fine.

The post freezes at "Memory Testin" and then restarts on cold boot, reseting my over clock settings. I then proceeded to reset my settings and everything is fine. CPU-Z report all my changes just fine. The system is stable at this setting, the system just won't keep the settings after cold boot.

Anybody? Again, note that this reseting of my overclock only happens on cold boot. Everything else is just fine.
