Gigabyte or ASUS GTX970 Mini?

Which one to get?

The Gigabyte one is few MHz more, but is there no other difference?

Both seem to throttle because of the obvious lack of proper cooling. At leas the gigabyte one throttled consistently.

Yes, link please.
All the reviews I could find didn't mention any issues there. Only mention that overclocking can't be done because of limited heatsink size.
