This particular card is more than a standard GT 730. Most of these cards have a slower clockspeed and only 96 cuda cores.

This model has a high-clocked core with 384 cuda cores and GDDR5 (as opposed to GDDR3 or DDR3) on most cards.

Seems like a decent card for only $59.99 and very quiet and energy efficient.
