Gigabyte NF3 mobo

Dear friends,

I'm a complete newb that want to build a system, propose system:

1. AMD Athlon64 3200+
2. Gigabyte K8NS-939 Nforce3 Ultra
3. Corsair PC3200 DDR400 RAM, 512MByte - 2 unit
4. Maxtor SATA 120GB HDD
5. Nvidia GeForce 6600GT AGPX8 Video card

is the mobo ok? or anyother suggestion ie Asus, Abit? i may not have the dough for NF4/SLI mobo at the moment but dun mind opinions... thanks
