Gigabyte Motherboard Onboard sound doesnt work!!!!!!

I just bought a GA-P35-S3G Gigabyte motherboard, I loaded it up installed all the latest drivers for it yet I hear no sound. It recognizes that I have speakers pluged in and I can play music but there is no sound. I've searched online but nothing has helped.

Try installing the audio drivers in safe mode. I had a problem once where something running in windows was keeping the sound drivers from fulling installing.
 
try uninstalling and installing with the cd that came with it. Otherwise look for a message board dealing specifically with that motherboard and see if someone else has had that issue.
