Gigabyte MB warranty period

My brother's Gigabyte MB may have just crapped out. I'm looking for the warranty but can't find it in the manual or anywhere on their website. Does anyone know what Giga-byte's warranty period is on their MBs? If it is still under warranty, I'm looking to RMA. Oh the MB is 5 months old.
