I moved my Gigabyte GA-7vrxp motherboard to a new case, I didn't disconnect the drives from each other, just unplugged from the MB. When I reassembled it, the boot screen shows the drives as master and slave, but when it goes to the raid screen I get an error message "Raid not found". There are 4 IDE connectors on the MB, IDE 1 is what I'm using, I think that is what I used before. The DVD ROM is on IDE2 and 3 and 4 are empty.

Got a lot of data on the drives, don't want to loose it, any suggestions?

Assuming you're using onboard RAID, sounds like you BIOS lost it's settings. Try turning on RAID again, should see the array. RAID configs are stored on the controller AND the drives. So even if the controller loses RAID config, you should have an option to "copy config from drives"

edit: my mobo does this also, If i pull power to it then I have to setup all my BIOS settings over again, I've tried a couple CMOS batteries to no avail...gotta be a bad EEPROM on mine, maybe yours too.

Thanks. Solved it after a bit of panic. I was using the wrong IDE connector, I was using IDE1 when I should have been using IDE 3 or 4. Everything is back up and running. Now I'm pulling all my stuff off the raid since I really don't need it anymore. I was using RAID 0 to combine 2 drives into one larger one, when I originally set it up big hard drives where expensive and hard to come by, now I've got a couple of 200 g drives laying around.
